Shipping & Returns We take pride in making sure that your merchandise is packed and shipped with great care. In most cases, your item will arrive via DHL, Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. For some of our larger items, like floor scales and some crane scales, they will arrive via our preferred freight carrier. Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt from our carrier.

All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus the cost of the original freight charge. A Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained through us prior to shipping the merchandise back.  Please Contact Us to receive the RMA#. This RMA# must be clearly marked on the packages and merchandise must be received in the original packaging in resalable condition. All merchandise must be insured for its full value. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is deemed used or damaged. The merchandise must be received within 10 days of receiving the RMA#. We will not accept unauthorized returns. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the buyer freight collect. If the buyer ships an unauthorized return to the manufacturer, we are not responsible. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges when returning merchandise. We will apply a credit to the credit card used on the original purchase. Credits normally take 5 days from the date we receive the merchandise.

Cancellations will not be accepted once an order has shipped. Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus the cost of shipping and handling. Special orders and custom items cannot be returned.

Exchanges can be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Please contact us to receive an RMA# prior to returning the merchandise. If the buyer wants to exchange one item for another, simply order the new item and we will ship it to you. All credits will be issued within 5 days from the date we receive the returned merchandise.

In the event that a package arrives damaged, immediately contact the carrier to file a claim, and then contact us so we can take the appropriate action. If this claim is not filed within 5 days of receiving the shipment, we will not be held liable for the outcome. Defective merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and include all parts, manuals, etc. Do not deface the original box. All shipments to our customers are insured for the full value of the merchandise.
