The Rice Lake RL20001 HE S-Beam Load Cell is a stainless steel, welded seal load cell for harsh environments.  This load cell is NTEP approved in capacities from 750 LB to 5,000 LB.  There is also a Non-NTEP Approved version with a capacity of 10,000LB.  This load cell is unrivaled when it comes to protrecting against the elements.
