CAS digital bakery scales are used among the finest restaurants in the world. Our digital bakery scales, the SW Series, are widely used for measuring liquid and dry ingredients in a busy kitchen environment. The CAS SW Series come in four capacities for precise weighing depending on the application requirements.

CAS Caston II crane scales feature capacities of up to 10,000 pounds for lighweight to medium applications, while the Caston III models can handle up to 100,000 pounds.
